We have also added more content to our site to better inform you of what church is all about. The First Presbyterian Church of Bedford, Indiana is a small Presbyterian church nestled in the rolling hills of southern Indiana. It is conveniently located between Louisville, Indianapolis, and Cincinatti and is just south of Bloomington, IN --Home of Indiana University. Please see our location page for a more precise definition of where we are located. Although we are a smaller sized congregation we provide many ministries and opportunities for our members to get involved in. We have everything from active youth groups to musical ministries to community and gloable mission outreach. We welcome you to our services that we have every Sunday. A worship service is held every Sunday morning at 10:40 am with Sunday School for all ages usually preceeding the service starting at 9:30 am. A Praise & Worship is service is held every first and third Sunday evening of each month at 6:30 pm. This service provides the young and old alike the opportunity to worship the Lord in a more relaxed contemporary setting while singing the latest praise songs. We also hold several special services during the year including a Christmas Eve service, a Maundy Thursday service, a special Easter service, and a Youth Sunday in which the youth group runs and orchestrates an entire service. |
